Novel Coronavirus (COVID-2019) update: Please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, www.cdc.gov/coronavirus

April 19-21, 2021 | Virtual Conference

Important Information

Dear Participants,

We tried our best to organize the event in-person, but the continuing Boston hotel restrictions, an increasing number of travels checkpoints and the uncertainty around the world forced us to turn our BEIS-2021 into a fully virtual conference.

We have been in constant discussions with our venue partners, board members, and the local supporting staff to stay abreast of the challenges and complexities in the face of disruption due to COVID-19. CDC guidelines say large in-person gatherings are still a high COVID-19 risk, where it is difficult for individuals to remain spaced at least 6 feet apart and attendees travel from outside the local area.

Many universities still have travel restrictions for their staff, this uncertainty preventing many attendees to join us for an in-person meeting in Boston, leading to turn our BEIS-2021 into a fully virtual conference. The virtual event will feature the same high-quality lectures as the in-person meeting and the original program of the conference will be the same as much as possible.

Your registration will be automatically converted to the virtual event, so we very much hope that your presentation will create the same interest among the conference participants.

Virtual presentation Demo's will be provided from March 15, 2021. The final program of the conference will be released before March 16, 2021.

If you need any additional information in this regard, please feel free to write us secretary@biomedicalmeetings.com
